In November 2020, we celebrated our 5-year anniversary at River Holme Connections and took the opportunity to look back at everything the team and volunteers have achieved in that time. In 2020 as COVID struck, we wanted to hear and share stories about the river. We launched a short story competition with the help of Joanne Harris and the Read Bookshop in Holmfirth. The winning stories in each age group have been recorded by Ian McMillan and are here for you to enjoy once more.
