Longley Lane (off Dunford Road),
This event is free to attend.
Join us on Tuesday 3rd December, to help us give nature an early Christmas present.
We’re planting native trees and hedges Longley Lane, Holmfirth.
Volunteering with us is a great way to meet new people and find out more about the amazing countryside in the River Holme catchment. By planting native trees and hedges, you’ll also be doing your bit to help the local wildlife thrive.
Even if you can only make it for an hour or two, we’d love to see you.
Please remember to wear sturdy boots or wellies and suitable clothing that you don’t mind getting muddy.
We’ll provide gloves and equipment, so please can you let our River Steward, Simon Hirst, know if you’re planning to come along so he can make sure he’s packed enough gloves for everyone!
Please email Simon on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01484 661756.
Look forward to seeing you there.
